An Apple Authorised Training Provider is a company authorised by Apple to deliver it’s training and certification programmes. This includes courses like the macOS Support Essentials course, which carries the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) status. Certification courses must be delivered by a qualified Apple Certified Trainer.

The only Apple technical certification available at present is the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification. This is awarded on successful completion of the exam, taken at the end of the macOS Support Essentials course.

macOS Support Essentials is a three-day course that demonstrates the best ways to support macOS users. The course includes lectures and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience. On completion of the course, delegates are then offered the opportunity to take an exam.

Successful completion of the exam leads to the delegate being awarded the ‘Apple Certified Support Professional’ certification. Don’t worry if you don’t pass however, as you will still get an Apple certificate to evidence that you’ve sat on this official Apple course.

An Apple Certified Trainer is a person that is certified by Apple to deliver its training and certification courses. Trainers are required to maintain their knowledge, and undergo regular re-certification. Find out more about Apple Certified Trainers here.

Our teams have been working tirelessly to implement protective measures for COVID. This includes a full risk assessment and policy document for each element of the business – including our Head Office, Retail Store, Training Room, and for works carried out on customer sites (such as training or technical works).
