Certification courses must be delivered by a qualified Apple Professional Learning Specialist.

How do I become Apple Certified?

Absolutely. Apple have a number of certification programmes, which map across teaching and learning, technical, and app development, with certifications including:

  • Apple Teacher
  • Apple Learning Leader
  • Apple Certified Support Professional
  • Apple Certified IT Professional
  • Apple Search Ads Certified

Get in touch to find out how we can support you in preparing for your certification.

What is macOS Support Essentials?

macOS Support Essentials is a legacy three-day Apple course that demonstrates the best ways to support macOS users. The course includes lectures and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience.

This has now been superseded by the Apple Device Support course – on completion of the course, delegates are then offered the opportunity to take an exam. Successful completion of the exam leads to the delegate being awarded the ‘Apple Certified Support Professional’ certification.
