A new technology hub is helping Mancunians become more in tune with their IT systems, by providing Apple training.
Sync will host a number of training sessions for IT professionals, so they can get to grips with managing Apple devices.
iOS Deployment Workshop
Sync is also offering a two-day iOS Deployment Essentials Workshop on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th June. This will give IT professionals the knowhow to successfully deploy and manage iOS devices.
Following the workshop, professionals will be able to:
- Identify and respond to challenges when deploying and managing devices
- Explain what an Apple ID is and when it’s needed
- Understand and utilise the features of iOS that provide for seamless separation of work and personal data.
macOS Support Essentials
The Apple Certified Course on macOS Support Essentials 10.13 teaches people the best ways to support macOS High Sierra users.
The three-day course takes place from the 31st July – 2nd August. It will include lectures, demonstrations, group discussions and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience in working with macOS High Sierra. It is designed for people who support Mac users in their role or who assist customers in managing macOS devices.
The courses will all be run by Apple Certified Trainers with over 20 years experience in assisting IT professionals with deploying and managing Apple technology in their workplace.
