In this course we will focus on basic troubleshooting practices. This includes troubleshooting for both device-level and MDM-level issues. We will also explore the options for restoring a device when all else fails, some areas of MDM, Apple Configurator 2, and Activation Lock.
Apple Certified iOS Technician
3-DAY COURSE | CLASSROOM (TBC)
During this course, delegates will learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair iOS devices using Apple’s official tools and procedures. Successful completion of the course and exam provides delegates with the Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACIT) accreditation.
Apple Certified Mac Technician
5-DAY COURSE | CLASSROOM (TBC)
During this course, delegates will learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Mac devices using Apple’s official tools and procedures. Successful completion of the course and exam provides delegates with the Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) accreditation.
