Sync Store, Deansgate will see you soon.

As coronavirus cases continue to rise in the UK, we have decided to take further action in order to safeguard all of its staff and customers from the spread of Coronavirus.


In order to support the Government’s social distancing initiatives and protect Britain’s most vulnerable, we have taken the decision to close our Deansgate retail store effective from today, Monday 23rd March, until further notice.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly, but one made with the well-being and safety of our employees and customers in mind. All of our staff will be temporarily re-deployed within the business, continuing to assist our customers in a remote capacity.


We are pleased to confirm that our online store and repair facility will continue to be available to all of our customers. This includes the ability to:

  • Order Apple products online, for delivery to your door
  • Book in your Apple product for repair (we will arrange collection and delivery!)
  • Spread the cost of Apple products and repairs through Klarna


We are monitoring the situation closely, and taking onboard the guidance provided by the Public Health England (PHE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO). All plans and processes will continue to evolve inline with the guidance provided.
We look forward to seeing you again all soon and getting you in Sync with the latest Apple technology.


Our Sync store line has now been forwarded to our head office, who will be able to provide direct support for any sales, support or repair enquiries.
