COVID Measures

We’re excited to announce that Sync reopened at 10am on Monday the 6th of July! We are pleased to be resuming our face-to-face services, including providing advice on the latest tech, processing repairs and carrying out diagnostics.

Apple Repairs

From Monday, we will be restoring the ability to pre-book Apple service appointments with us via the apple online service tool at support.apple.com. This will give you the ability to drop off and collections your repairs in-store!

But don’t worry, if you would rather arrange for your repair to be collected and delivered to and from your home through our ‘collect and return repairs‘ service, we will still be offering this as an option.

The latest Apple technology

There have been some incredible changes to the Apple product line-up since we temporarily closed our doors, including the new iPhone SE and iPad Pro! If you would like to learn more about these amazing new devices, or see them for yourself, just pop in-store.
